Shared by Mr Rahul ( Ranchi) . Though our aim here will be to source the supply and later if found that cost and quality need to be taken better control of ,the model may be adopted for direct production . But that is a project that is currently not worthwhile at this stage till we have already benefited from the intervention.

Use this water for cooking , drinking and perhaps brushing and washing face.

Later if Possible use this for bathing as well . ( Though Mainly for children and old ones )

Night ( 9 to 11 :30 pm ) Prefer sleeping early ,.. Rx is by 9:30 pm of by 10:30 . Don’t feel too guilty if Due to exigencies of work , time adherence is not possible. One Big reason is that Melatonin Secretion is affected if we are in habit of sleeping late . It needs total darkness during sleep . Lots of hormonal issues happen if this is messed up .

In middle of watching , could not resist sending this .. He talks a lot of sense. A doctor of IGIMS at Patna ( MS and professor too ) .. I had developed friendship with once told me that a whole army of diseases can be traced back to sugar … But this person ( Dr Khadar Valli ) explains so well and even better .. ..In the food grains that we take , how fast is Glucose getting to blood .. Mostly Rice and wheat will flood the system.. 5 Millets he has narrowed upon have yielded good result … and for last 10-15 years he has been doing this to his patients … Diabetes , gangrene on verge of amputation .. etc . About cancer and food .. he shows here …

[07:43, 23/06/2021] SRS: Let me do that for you
I will try to collate the action points on a webpage
And then how to go about procuring the things
[07:45, 23/06/2021] SRS: Initially we may have to buy the millets

I will talk to few people I know who are good in agriculture

And wish if we can grow the millets through some farmers for our consumption to start with

And also the various leaves he mentions
[07:46, 23/06/2021] SRS: And can even consider taking a farm of few acres on lease around deoghar

But that is overkill now
[07:47, 23/06/2021] SRS: I looked up the internet and some sites like bigbasket tatva etc are selling all those millets

Perhaps they may be selling polished ones
[07:48, 23/06/2021] SRS: But we can start there

Let me start to consolidate things and I may have some good news

Somehow I trust this person to be telling truth

That he did cute 1000s of people who used his methods
[07:48, 23/06/2021] SRS: *cure
[07:50, 23/06/2021] SRS: And about food with slow glucose release

It does makes sense
The term glycemic index by mainstream
Doctors

That also deals with slow release

PP Consolidating things would be really very helpful Sanjeev. It would then become actionable and can be implemented quickly. Thanks a lot

[11:08, 23/06/2021] SRS: Finally managed to see the full lecture
[11:10, 23/06/2021] SRS: Wonderful and much good news to share . And we can even start taking action end of this month or start of next month – much of the knowhow and procurement can be put in place by then.. So long people have been blaming food and here is a solution … I am hugely impressed and inspired ti take action
[11:12, 23/06/2021] SRS: One thing you can do this week itself and you will likely see effects within 2-3 days is on water … I am sharing the relevant portion .. It is total 7 minute watch of that video .. but if you lack time you can just view for a minute from where the video starts … Its is about treating water with copper plate for 8 hours .. And tweaking the TDS of your water supply.. Here they go …
[11:17, 23/06/2021] SRS: Structured Water :
TDS should be around 200 . So that it is closer to our cells salt level

I guess if deviates too far on any side , it will lead to leaching or bloating due to osmotic reasons
So It should match the cell level salt concentrations

One method is to dip copper plate for 8 hours in your drinking water ;
a) Steel bucket 20 L Dip Copper plate 8 hours
b) Drink that water , cook in that
[11:18, 23/06/2021] SRS: If you have time , view for 7 minutes from 2:19:21 onwards
Else pick the relevant links only and see for a minute or so from where it starts

Infection in public places vs copper plate
at 2:26:24
[12:45, 23/06/2021] 2020. 02 PP: Saw the water portion of video Sanjeev. I am going to start that. I don’t have copper plates but I have copper vessel. May be I can store water for 8 hrs in it and then use.

[12:46, 23/06/2021] SRS: But keep cleaning the vessel
[12:46, 23/06/2021] SRS: Tamarind will do
[12:46, 23/06/2021] SRS: in cleaning

Till I get more clear on this .. I suggest . Keep water in that copper vessel overnight , say 10 pm to 6 am and then transfer to Steel jar or Glass jar or clay pot .. but NOT in plastic bottle

[12:49, 23/06/2021] 2020. 02 PP : Yes Sanjeev, I was also thinking the same.
[12:49, 23/06/2021] SRS: I am afraid there is a thing called Too little and too much and if we keep in Copper vessel all the time, it could mean excess of something …. Any way , Usually people have brass vessels
[12:50, 23/06/2021] SRS: So brass being alloy and more stable than copper, such excess perhaps was avoided or similar in Gold or sliver vessel
[12:51, 23/06/2021] SRS: So Yes. Copper Vessel 8 hours and enough water for all day

[12:51, 23/06/2021] 2020. 02 PP : I had also heard about brass but currently we don’t have it. May needs some more validation regarding brass
[12:51, 23/06/2021] 2020. 02 PP: Sure
[13:12, 23/06/2021] SRS: It seems the usage of vessel is also some what linked to the technical advancement at the moment of time

So noble metals like Gold , Silver and then Bronze age then Iron age

At the same time, given the kind of Metallurgy like Iron pillar of Delhi ( wrought iron of such purity that it has not rusted in open for 2000 plus years ) , my feel is that Indians of that time did know enough about Copper that it has been used in temples and cooking and pooja vessels for centuries – While it could be custom or habit and tradition , it could as well be the various benefits the ancients knew about these that these have been preferred.

A case in point in modern time is
Copper wire coiled around the device reaction that is toxic to miro-size life forms

Now this is supposedly modern technology But it does convince me that Copper in water for some time will be toxic to germs and their progeny as well if it is so toxic to human seeds

In fact I have noticed that when I keep water in plastic or steel buckets for two days or in mug .. if you throw water away after two days and touch the surface inside the container , there is sliminess and softness something sticky . . I guess that is some germs that have grown ..

Earlier people would often ask for TAZA Pani and I would wonder , how does that matter.. Water is Millions of year old …. But now I see , the properties of water changes depending on how it is kept .

[22:50, 23/06/2021] SRS: You may like to download and keep in laptop or print whole or relevant portion ..
[22:52, 23/06/2021] SRS: I will go through it .. And collate in that page on Food intervention to being disease free and well being .. Meanwhile they doctors do what they like .. Just some changes in diet for 6 weeks …
[22:53, 23/06/2021] SRS: I am pleasantly surprised .. and trust that Sanjeevni Booti is always there only the Vaidya is lacking ..

[23:16, 23/06/2021] 2020. 02 PP : Seems very simple. Nothing wrong in trying but how to get these is the question.
[09:12, 24/06/2021] SRS: I am working on this
[09:12, 24/06/2021] SRS: Will let know
[09:12, 24/06/2021] SRS: And arrange
[09:19, 24/06/2021] SRS: In Karnataka where he is based ( Mysore ) and perhaps in Maharstra ( some places )
Where he has presence

We could help procure

And
Once We derive benefits first hand
We can start growing by taking land on lease

After all how much grain one needs

Just 180 kg rice or wheat

So perhaps 120 or 150 kg millets

I guess if can manage
To stock
750 kg millets per year or 200 kg( 10 buckets ) every quarter

ie 2 buckets of each millet or two 20kg bora of each millet

It would be enough for three months

[19:36, 26/06/2021] SRS:
My target is to have actionable steps by first week of July

[19:40, 26/06/2021] SRS: https://brahmavad.in/khadar-valli/
[19:40, 26/06/2021] SRS: You can start over these pages

Date 27 June 2021

PP : Ambli is recommended as it is easy to digest compared to other preparations.

SR : True

Further reasons

The rather more important thing is this

It’s fermented item
( Khameer in our language )

Eg like Idli dosa Dahi chaach
Are fermented items

So
The microbes like yeasts and bacteria do the work for us

Most of the digestion is done by then and
Rest our body will do
So we absorb nutrients better that away

Of course some chemical changes Alos happens which will be different if yeast does to milk

And .out gut does to milk

The important part about ferments that he talks about in lecture at IIT Mumbai is this

It restores and rather builds the gut biome

So
In future
Since your gut will have a well established virtuous culture of the microbes
You will
Have ability to better absorb things

He talked about three major imbalances that he intends to restore through food and lifestyle

Unbalance due to
A) Hormone overload
B) Glucose overload in blood due to quick release grains low in fibre
C) Gut biome
Destroyed due to use of antibiotics in our food eg Cows are given antibiotics for worms and host of ailments so milk paneer ghee butter will have those

or When We take a course of some antibiotics

Kadamba
Cadamba: A miraculous tree having enormous pharmacological implications

The Cadamba is one of the important medicinal plants belonging to the Rubiaceae family. It is crucially significant as it has the largest number of phytochemicals and secondary metabolites (viz., cadambagenic acid, cadamine, quinovic acid, β-sitosterol, cadambine, etc.) having pharmacological and biological properties. It can be used as an alternative to various synthetic chemical compounds in the prevention as well as the treatment of several incurable diseases

Sanskrit shloka,“Ayi Jagadamba Mad-Amba Kadamba Vana-Priyavaasini Haasa-Rate,” that is, Goddess Durga likes to live in the forest of Cadamba trees.

he fruits of the Cadamba are small, containing fleshy capsules packed closely together to form a yellow-orange infructescence. The Cadamba has been known to cure a number of diseases; particularly, the extract prepared from the bark and leaves is crucial.

It has been indicated in astrology that humans having Satabhisha as their birth star should plant the Cadamba near their habitats, which would help in curbing mental depression, heart attack, mood swings, laziness, rudeness, etc

Many Indian medicinal plants are recommended for the treatment of snakebite. It has been found that methanolic extract of the root bark of the Cadamba can be used as an antidote against snakebite. It is used in neutralizing Vipera russellii and Naja kaouthia venom, which can induce hemorrhage, cardiotoxicity, neurotoxicity, defibrinogenation, and inflammation. The pentacyclic triterpenes (free or as glycosides) have a crucial significance in providing ~20% protection against snake venom

The Cadamba is a medicinal plant known to have antioxidant properties that are found particularly in its leaves

antidiabetic study of Cadamba in which they have used the Cadamba stem bark which contains flavonoids (7.83 mg) and phenolic acids (12.26 mg) per 100 g of dry weight of the stem bark powder.

Antitumor activity

Cancer is a term used for a disease in which abnormal cells tend to proliferate in an uncontrolled way and in some cases metastasize.[42] Extensive research has been done to find therapeutic treatments for cancer. Plant-based products have been frequently examined as potential anticancer agents.

The phytochemical screening of Cadamba has revealed the presence of lupeol and betulinic acid-type triterpene which have antineoplastic activity.

Hypolipidemic activity

It has been found from experimental studies that alloxan has the capacity of reducing lipid levels by 30% as observed in diabetic mice. In comparison to this drug, the oral administration of root extract of the Cadamba for 30 days in dyslipidemic animals resulted in a significant decrease by 80% in total cholesterol, phospholipids, triglycerides, and lipid peroxides, with a reduction in lipid levels

The Cadamba is an important plant having tremendous medicinal properties. This review has showcased various biological and pharmacological activities of the Cadamba. Particularly, the leaves and bark have great significance. Most surprisingly, despite the Cadamba being a miraculous plant, very few studies have been done. There are very few derived products from the Cadamba known so far that have been commercialized or been recommended in daily life for people. There is an urgent requirement for intensive studies on this plant to exploit it for the treatment of various incurable diseases prevalent across the world.
