Healthy Diet

We want to live. We will live And Let us listen to Assurance from our ancestors who proclaim शतायुः पुरुषाः ( Man lives for 100 years ) .

For a while lets target to live 120 years – and let us be content with even 100 years .

But dying at 30 40 60 80 90 .. This is something, lets not accept passively .

But next

Is our purpose is just to live that many years ? Or once we have ensured that we do learn to live in good health and keep well for 100 years , is that enough .

Yes . We will live well and long But is that all Is our purpose just to be Alive.

NO . It is much more. What more is for us as individuals to decide .. For a while I will reserve my opinions about this .

But for those who wish to live only live and that too well and those who wish to live well and have other higher pursuits in life ,- Both will need to ensure the Good Health of self and at least of those who matter to them .

Food water air – Unless we have these done Right , We won’t live well or healthy

So we will now try to correct that .

AIr – I will take it for granted based on city or place we live . Will not intervene here much other than Extrra effort at Pranayam and trying to be away to places even if once in a while where we can breathe easy and safe air

Water :
Only couple of things here as of now

a) Clean ( dirt , dyes ,low toxins b) Mineralised ( TDS 100 to 200 ) c) Structured ( 20 Litre water , One Copper plate dipped in Steel bucket for 7 hours ) .. to make it nano plastic free and harmful germs free at least )

b) Water mostly through food and decoctions and need not even drink much as food will provide enough

Food

Some 5 Millets then alter 10 millets , 5 to 10 kinds of leaves … Fermentations , No Direct milk but curd ghee or butter milk ( chaach) , or Milk of Seeds like seasame , ( til ) groundnut , cococnut and oil from oil seeds like mustard , til groundnts etc direct seeds or cold pressed oil Kacchhi Ghani Wooden or Bull .. rather than machine .. or if machine then at least cold pressed
