Still we can hope to create some recipes that many people will like.

Here are some traditional know recipes . Hopefully you will find many of them decently palatable and enjoyable .

When people say, they like pasta , pizza, maggie or noodles, or chowmein, dosa, kheer etc what is it that they really like – Not the Main ingredient – i.e NOT The maida, aata, rice, grains, lentils etc .

Aroma – Fruity, Nutty, Fragrance like Flowers etc

Sweet Items

हलवा – From Millet Flower ,आटा भून लें

Millet Bhaat भात with Jaggary , Fruits ( apple, Papaya , Straberry) , Nuts ( Almonds, Cashew , Raisins, Dates ) Honey,

खीर – Like the Way Rice Kheer is made. Extra Steps. Make Millet Bhaat . Slighly grind in Pulse mode of Mixer Grinder. Then Add Milk and cook as You cook for KHEER

Add Nuts , Raisins at end .

सूजी पायस – Millet, grain. Crack slightly in Pulse mode three times, It will become SOOJI, rava. Then Rinse and wash once. Soak for 8 hours or overnight.
Strain and Roast in KADAHI ,

Add Milk two cup in 1/4 Cup of Rava . Boil till Thick .
Let Simmer and Remove from flame.

Add sugar or Honey , Jagagary or Date Syrup, or Honey

But Don’t Add honey when Hot or When Boiling

Only when Tepid warm or cool.
